Broadway Bound, dance retreat
July 6th- July 11th, 2008

. . . offers dancers ages 12-18 a unique opportunity to improve their abilities and express their passion in a serene and nurturing setting. Students with a minimum of two years of dance training are welcome from across the region to participate in our program. The retreat will include professional dance classes and recreational activities to provide a challenging enriching experience. Our one of a kind dance retreat includes five fun filled days. Throughout the week, there will be three dance classes a day taught by top professional instructors including Broadway stars:

Scott Wise and Elizabeth Parkinson

There is nothing more welcoming than this 200 acre resort nestled in the foothills of the Catskill mountains and set on a sparkling lake. Join us and our incredible staff of Broadway performers for a fun filled and inspiring 5 days of dance. You will stay in our cozy rustic cabins with all of the amenities and comfort of home. There's plenty of fresh air, great food, and recreational activities and water sports, all brought to you by our experienced staff whose sole purpose is to make sure you have the time of your life.

To participate in the camp applications should be received as soon as possible. Tuition for the all inclusive camp is $1325. Campers whose tuition is paid in . . . Each applicant must provide a deposit of $500. When the application is submitted. It is understood that $200 of the original deposit is a non-refundable registration fee.

Ages 6-17

The two groups are

Second week August 4th through August 8th

The two groups are
6-7 year olds and 8-11 year olds


Third Week August 11th through August 15th

The two groups are
8-11 year olds and 12-17 year olds

Young Dancers' Summer Program

July Dance Camp for 3-5 years old
Dancing, Arts & Crafts, and a nutritious snack
Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30-11:30 am

Two groups of dancers in age appropriate classes
The dates are July 1st through July 24th
Tuition for this 8 day program is $260.

Monday or Wednesday or Friday Morning

Creative Movement (3 year olds) 9:45-10:30
Introduction to Dance (4 year olds) 10:30-11:30
6 week session Tuition is $110.

What are the dates?
Monday classes June 30th through August 4th
Wednesday classes July 2nd through August 6th
Friday classes July 7th through August 15th

Through imagination and dramatic play, these classes integrate fine and gross motor movements, spatial skills and rhythm as well as intellectual concepts of self-esteem and teamwork.

Upcoming Events

An intro class is the perfect way to get a feel of what Cat Walk is all about.

It is the first step in a wonderful journey and provides a basic introduction to the fundamentals of the workout. Intros consist of a similar version of the first day of a Beginner workshop.

You will experience a series of wonderfully ~ slinky stretches that will be sure to warm your body up! We then add a dose of hard-core tummy, booty and thigh work. We will "butter-up" into the soon to be famous hip series!

Finally, you will be able to experience the closest thing to flying . . . POLE MOVES !!!

This class is great for any girl that is interested in moving her body naturally and freely.

Participants should wear comfortable workout wear and should not use lotion the day of the class.

Reservation and pre-payment of the class is necessary to guarantee your spot.

Classes start February 26th

Monday mornings at 11:15 and Monday evenings at 7:45 pm

$45 introduction class

10 week session $350
